一种具有T1、T2造影功能的掺混型造影剂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：将一种双头双亲有机模板分子溶解于一定溶剂中，然后加入芳香酸、稀土氯化物和ⅥB～ⅧB族氯化物，于适当温度下进行溶剂热反应，制得一种具有T1、T2造影功能的掺混型造影剂纳米粒子。本发明制备的掺混型造影剂材料具有纳米级粒径及较好的T1、T2造影效果。
研究了Fe3O4 @ SiO2 @ Gd2O(CO3)2核/壳/壳磁性纳米粒子,作为一种新型的T1-T2双模磁共振成像造影剂.并对这种纳米粒子的细胞活性进行了体外细胞毒性试验(MTT). 结果显示其具有良好的生物相容性,有望成为一种新型双模磁共振造影剂.
