运用热力学理论建立了新型内摆线单缸柴油机工作过程的数学模型，采用Matlab编制了计算程序，对缸内压力、温度和平均指示压力等主要性能指标进行了仿真研究。结果表明：所建模型能够较好地模拟和预测新型内摆线单缸柴油机性能；新型内摆线单缸柴油机活塞作简谐直线运动，气缸压力高于传统S195型柴油机，最高爆发压力提高了5%，平均指示压力提高了10.7%。说明新型内摆线能量转换机构能够改善内燃机工作过程。

通过对新Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料热水锅炉进行正、反火用平衡计算和分析，得出新Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料热水锅炉的主要火用损失部位和参数，用反平衡火用效率分析得知燃烧不可逆火用损失最大，约为69.93%，其次为传热不可逆火用损失，约为14.50%，并用可避免火用损失概念对计算结果进行分析，表明采用可避免火用损失概念后，燃烧部位、传热部位、排烟部位的实用。
