一氧化氮(NO)是体内普遍存在的信号分子，参与了众多复杂的生理过程，在神经传导、能量代谢、免疫应答、炎症反应和肿瘤的发生发展中扮演了重要角色，检测NO具有十分重要的研究意义。目前检测NO的常规技术并不能用于体内实时、直观地检测NO水平，应用受到限制。本文综述了Cu(Ⅱ)配合物类NO荧光探针的研究进展，可用于细胞和动物体内NO水平的测定。
