目的 观察及探讨DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法 对64例股骨转子间骨折患者进行DHS手术治疗后随访观察分析。结果 本组病例无1例死亡，64例患者平均随访1年，全部骨折愈合，疗效满意，总的优良率为93.1%。结论 DHS手术内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折是一种理想的方法。规范的DHS手术操作技巧，包括股骨小转子内后部的复位固定以及术后早期的功能锻炼是提高手术效果的关键。

目的：总结DHS治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折61例体会。方法：应用DHS内固定手术治疗老年性粗隆间骨折61例，平均年龄64岁，97%合并内科疾病，进行了围手期治疗。结果：无1例发生骨折愈合前死亡，优良率93.5%。结论：正确的围术期处理是合并内科疾病的老年性股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗的安全保障，DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效可靠，是各型粗隆间骨折的理想固定方法。
