对双压力角非对称齿轮在修形和误差条件下的啮合过程进行了全面推导,并编制了轮齿接触分析(TCA)计算机数值仿真程序。通过对非对称齿轮与标准对称齿轮进行仿真计算,得出双鼓形非对称齿轮在有安装误差的情况下,接触迹的偏移量比标准对称齿轮小,传动误差的幅值比标准对称齿轮有明显降低,因此具有良好的传动平稳性和较高的承载能力。
常规机床对螺旋锥齿轮的齿长曲率进行修正时,需从机床上拆装铣刀盘,并重新调整其行程直径,过程繁琐。对此利用国产四轴数控铣齿机,建立铣齿加工坐标系,以及径向刀位、切削滚比变化多项式。用轮齿接触分析(TCA)的方法,以被加工齿面的接触路径、传动误差作为评价目标,研究径向刀位、切削滚比的变化对齿长曲率修正的规律。TCA分析及铣齿实验结果表明,不改变铣刀盘直径,即可实现对齿长曲率的修正,同时可更加灵活地控制...
根据斜齿轮成形磨削过程中砂轮与齿轮之间的运动关系,建立了斜齿轮成形磨削的数学模型;通过推导成形砂轮与被加工齿面的接触条件方程,得出了成形砂轮的理论廓形,推导出砂轮廓型的等距曲线。设计了成形砂轮数控修形和数值模拟仿真软件,用于修整磨削任意参数斜齿轮的成形砂轮和检验砂轮的修形精度。斜齿轮磨削试验验证了修形理论的正确性和修形软件的有效性。
旋压成形技术是杯形薄壁内齿轮加工的新方法,其中压下量对内齿轮成形质量的影响最大。采用有限元数值模拟和试验相结合的方式,以相对齿高和齿顶不均匀度为质量评价参数,研究了压下量对梯形内齿轮旋压成形质量的影响。结果表明,对于一定齿高轮齿的成形,对应一定壁厚的毛坯,存在着一个最佳压下量,采用该压下量成形,轮齿充填质量最好;小于该值时,充填材料不够;大于该值时,材料整体变形量过大将导致成形缺陷。
