探讨僵直髋行人工全髋关节置换治疗手术操作体会及近期疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年12月到2019年6月对11例共13髋行人工全髋关节置换术资料，其中类风湿性髋关节炎4例6髋，强直性脊柱炎2例2髋，股骨头坏死继发严重骨性关节炎5例5髋。采用髋关节Harris评分标准对髋关节功能进行评估，采用X线片观察评估假体位置。
