作为各种新能源发电设备和驱动系统的核心部分,逆变器的安全性和可靠性对整个系统的安全稳定运行至关重要。近年来,高电压等级、高功率密度和高集成化的逆变器已成发展趋势,但增加更多的开关器件也会增大其故障概率,因此,采取快速有效的方法对逆变器的故障进行诊断十分重要。针对逆变器功率管故障诊断,目前的分类方法主要分为基于解析模型、基于信号处理和基于数据驱动3种。
