首次利用两套陆海渐渗系鉴定纤维品质QTL，探讨遗传背景和环境对纤维品质QTL表达的影响，揭示了遗传背景对纤维品质QTL表达的影响明显大于环境因素；在全基因组上鉴定到稳定的QTLs 109个，不受背景影响的QTLs 9个。其中，61个稳定的QTLs，包括2个不受背景影响的QTLs，是新发现的；鉴定到19个含有多个纤维品质性状的优良等位基因的QTL簇，为进一步棉花分子育种提供了重要信息和理论指导。
