[目的] 探讨嫁接抗病的机理,为辣椒的嫁接栽培提供理论依据。[方法]以辣椒为试材,研究接穗(CK)、接穗切伤、砧木、砧木切伤、嫁接5个处理切伤愈合过程中POD同工酶谱的变化。[结果]结果表明,辣椒嫁接后过氧化物带数增加;切伤和愈合过程中均有不同特异同工酶表达,并推测愈合过程中所诱导的特异同工酶表达可能与辣椒地上部抗病性增强有关。[结论] 嫁接体发育过程中过氧化物酶发挥重要的作用。
