t-DCS联合常规康复干预对脑卒中后上肢运动功能康复作用的fMRI分析

为了解经颅直流电刺激(t-DCS)病人上肢运动功能改善及其机制研究。本研究对2例脑卒中病人实施不同干预手段,并用量表和多模态磁共振方法评价,结果显示经t-DCS干预的病人临床疗效显著,并且推测上肢运动功能改善可能和双侧大脑半球MI区功能连接增强有关。
目的:研究动力髁螺钉(DCS)在治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折中的应用。方法:采用切开复位DCS内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折17例,其中骨折类型为EvansⅠ型3度5例、Ⅰ型4度8例、Ⅱ型4例。结果:本组17例手术均顺利完成,术后患者均随访5~24个月,骨折全部愈合,无钢板松动、断裂及感染等并发症。结论:DCS治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折获得良好的治疗效果,适合基层医院推广。
