探讨励-协夫曼运动治疗(LSVT-BIG)对原发性帕金森病患者步行功能的影响。方法56例原发性帕金森病患者按随机数字表法分成对照组、训练组,每组28例;对照组患者接受常规抗帕金森病药物治疗,训练组患者在此基础上予4周LSVT-BIG。治疗前后利用“起立-行走”计时测试(TUGT)、Gaitwatch步态分析系统评定步行功能。
