观察脱落细胞学检查(EC)、荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)及膀胱肿瘤抗原(BTA)3种方法联合诊断肾盂癌的临床价值。方法回顾性分析保定市第二医院泌尿外科120例疑似肾盂癌患者临床病历资料,记录所有患者EC、FISH及BTA结果,以病理活检结果为金标准,分析单一或联合采用3种检查方法诊断肾盂癌的准确性,并绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC),比较单一或联合采用3种检查方法的价值。
